Carmen brings sensitivity, detail, and a very careful vision of aesthetics and experience. She is responsible for ensuring everything has coherence, from the presentation of the dishes to the atmosphere of the event, always with an elegant and approachable focus. Dani, on the other hand, embodies technique, creativity, and execution. His passion for cooking is reflected in every preparation, always seeking the balance between flavor, product, and originality, adapting to each type of event with its own personality.

Equipment, setup and transport
SOMCA handles the complete setup of the event, taking care of presentation, tableware, and every detail to create an elegant and coherent experience. Transportation is not included.
Estimated prices
SOMCA offers different gastronomic services tailored to each type of event, with indicative prices based on the format. Brunches or breakfasts range from €25 to €40 per person, while cocktail or finger food services range from €35 to €60 per person. For full menu lunches or dinners, prices usually range from €45 to €80 per person, and for more exclusive experiences like a private chef or omakase, between €70 and €120 per person. These prices may vary depending on the number of guests, the level of the menu, and the needs of the event. Additional services such as staff, tableware, or setup can be budgeted separately.
