Measurement, analysis and other commercial services. We help professionals who use the Service to measure the effectiveness and distribution of their services and messages. The Service may also use user information in the form of aggregated and anonymous data to display to third parties, without this allowing those third parties to personally identify you.

5.1.- In emails and contact forms

The Service's website has TLS encryption that allows the user to securely send their personal data through standard contact forms.

The personal data collected will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding files in the record of processing activities of which the Service is the owner.

In this regard, we will receive your IP address, which will be used to check the origin of the message in order to offer you appropriate recommendations and to detect possible irregularities (for example possible attempts to cyberattack the Service), as well as data relating to your ISP.

Regarding the payment methods used: Our payment service providers are credit and debit cards or through the Stripe payment gateway. At no time will the Service or its staff have access to the banking data (for example, the credit card number) that the user as a client will provide to those third parties.

5.2.- On social networks

The Service has profiles on some of the main social networks. The processing that the Service will carry out with data within each of those networks will be, at most, what the social network allows for corporate profiles.

The Service will not in any case extract data from social networks, unless the user's specific and express consent is obtained.

5.3.- In prize draws

When participating in promotional activities organised exclusively by the Service, the data you provide will be processed solely by us for the purpose indicated in the description of the activity and its corresponding legal terms.

6.- Data retention

Below are the retention periods for the data processed by the Service:

  • Disaggregated data will be retained without a deletion deadline.
  • Client and supplier data will be retained for the minimum necessary period, and may be kept for up to: 5 years, pursuant to Article 1964 of the Civil Code (personal actions without a special time limit); 6 years, pursuant to Article 30 of the Commercial Code (accounting books or invoices, for example).
  • Data of users or professionals uploaded by the Service to its social networks will be retained from when the user gives their consent, or the data was uploaded in accordance with the Service's legitimate interest, until it is withdrawn.

7.- Data shared with third parties

There are third parties that manage part of the Service. The Service requires them to comply with this Privacy Policy to the extent applicable to them, in addition to having their own. However, the Service will not be responsible for compliance with that policy.

Under certain circumstances, the Service may share, use or preserve with third parties some of the personal information collected:

  • To provide the Service: Service providers that perform functions on our behalf or through our website, such as payment services, web hosting, commercial analytics, customer service or website marketing. These service providers may collect and have access to the information necessary to perform their functions, but are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose.
  • To cooperate with competent authorities: If we believe it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any law, legal process or legitimate interest. In any case, we will only provide the information strictly required.

8.- International Data Transfers

For service efficiency, some of the providers mentioned are located in territories outside the European Economic Area that do not provide a level of data protection comparable to that of the European Union, such as the United States. In such cases, we inform you that we transfer your data with appropriate safeguards and always maintaining the security of your data. Specifically:

  • We use Google Analytics, based in the USA, for the purpose of collecting information about the use of our Services through its cookies. The relevant EU standard contractual clauses have been incorporated into the contract signed with that entity, which applies to customer data protected by EU laws.

9.- Security measures

The Service takes all necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the security and integrity of the personal and non-personal information collected. Both against unauthorised access and accidental alteration, loss or destruction.

In any event, the Service cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information collected, so you must cooperate and at all times use common sense regarding the information you share.

You understand and acknowledge that, even after deletion, personal and non-personal information may remain visible in cache or if other users have copied or stored it.

10.- Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. We will inform you of changes by sending a notice to the email address provided and/or by placing a notice in a prominent location on our website.
