Children's Characters

Hire children's characters for birthday parties and communions

Children's character visits bring the magic of your kids' favourite heroes to any celebration: birthday parties, communions, weddings and school events. Costumed actors dressed as Frozen, Spiderman, Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig and many other characters interact with the children, pose for photos and keep the party going with games and activities. On Artistealo you can view real photos and videos of performances before booking. Get a free quote.

Some providers add balloon modelling, face painting or a brief magic show themed around the character.

Frequently asked questions

Which characters are available?

The range is wide: Frozen (Elsa and Anna), Spiderman, Batman, Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, Minnie Mouse, Encanto, Toy Story and many more. Most providers have a character catalogue and can prepare some characters on request if booked in advance.

What age group is this best suited for?

Character visits work especially well for children aged 2 to 8. For older children, options such as superheroes or video game characters are available. Tell the provider the ages of the guests so they can adapt the activity accordingly.

Can characters come to a private home or only to venues?

They can visit private homes, gardens, parks, schools and function rooms. They only need a small area to move around and interact with the children — no installation or special equipment required.

How far in advance should you book?

Ideally book 2–4 weeks ahead. May weekends (communions) and summer months are in high demand, so for those dates it's worth booking earlier.
