At Vibra we organise tailor-made events and celebrations for all types of audiences. We design dynamic and participatory experiences that combine entertainment, music and professional coordination to make each event unique. We take care of the planning, management and coordination of the event, adapting to each space, type of celebration and budget. Our goal is for each client to enjoy the event without worries, knowing that everything is under control.

Team

The Vibra team is made up of professionals from the field of events, animation and management. We work in coordination before and during each celebration to ensure that everything flows and that attendees live a positive experience. During the event we have personnel in charge of dynamization, coordination and technical support, in addition to prior organizational work that guarantees an orderly and professional development.

Repertoire / service list

At Vibra we organise and energise events and celebrations for all types of audiences, adapting to each occasion, space and budget. Our flagship product is Musical Bingo, a participatory experience that combines music, play and entertainment, ideal for birthdays, private parties, group events and corporate celebrations. In addition to musical bingo, we offer the organization of private events, musical entertainment, participatory games, thematic events and comprehensive coordination of the event, including suppliers, times and public dynamization. We also run express events for celebrations at short notice. The musical repertoire is adapted to each event and type of audience. We work with varied selections that can include national and international greatest hits, music from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s, pop, current music and party classics. In the case of musical bingo, the repertoire is previously agreed upon to guarantee a dynamic, fun and suitable experience for all ages. Our goal is to create participatory, well-organized and memorable events, taking care of both the music and the overall experience of the attendees.

Equipment, setup and transport

At Vibra we have the material and resources necessary to develop our events, including technical equipment, animation elements and logistical support. We take care of the transport, assembly and disassembly of the material. Before each event we review the space and technical needs to ensure that everything is prepared and works correctly on the day of the celebration.

Spaces

At Vibra we work in a wide variety of spaces: private rooms, restaurants, event venues, campsites, corporate spaces and outdoor celebrations, as long as conditions allow. We adapt to the available space and advise beforehand to ensure that the event takes place comfortably and safely.

Estimated prices

At Vibra we work with base rates depending on the type of event, the duration and the number of people. The final price may vary depending on the specific characteristics of each celebration. Supplements may apply for extended hours, travel, technical needs of the space or special schedules. We also offer optional extras such as additional animations, personalized dynamics, prizes, decoration or complementary services. All quotes are personalised and transparent, always detailing rates, supplements and extras before contracting.
