Customized knife cutting events, adapting to each occasion at all times. We take care of everything necessary, allowing those who hire us to relax. We only need a table and plates to provide the service. We have all types of hams and shoulders if needed. Over 30 years of customer service. We have all the necessary permits (liability insurance, food handler's license, occupational risk management, self-employed status). All of this to provide the expected service without any extra worries.

We have a team of over 10 cutters to carry out any event in any province of Catalonia.

Over 30 years of customer service. Deep knowledge of everything related to charcuterie (hams, sausages, cheeses, ...). We respect each product, adding all its value and our experience in handling it.

Equipment, setup and transport
We bring everything necessary to provide the service. In the case of knife cutting: the piece to be cut if necessary, the ham holder, knives, tablecloth, foldable waste bag, indoor mat, drying paper, latex gloves, cutting kit, rotating plate, artistic plate, table runner, risers, film, and all documentation that may be requested in case of a work inspection.
Estimated prices
The basic knife cutting service is €150 plus travel expenses if necessary. The price of tastings depends on the total number of people. The price of the Ham/Shoulder cutting course is available upon request. The price of the Masterclass is available upon request.
