Noventa y seis is a musical project formed by clarinetist and multi-instrumentalist Pilar García Blanco and guitarist and bassist Víctor Díaz-Hellín Manzanares. Thanks to their diverse training: classical, modern, and flamenco, this duo has a repertoire that ranges from the most traditional to more contemporary music, covering genres such as jazz, Balkan, or Latin American folklore music, all with their own adaptations. After years of personal performance and research, Pilar and Víctor decided to express their work through this musical duo, giving rise to different stage projects, such as concerts, event entertainment, educational concerts, or workshops, always creating an atmosphere of closeness and commitment to their audience. ---

With an artistic proposal that combines musical quality and a unique atmosphere, always adapting to the needs of each event, they have had the pleasure of performing and entertaining events such as: the I Solidarity Concert "Illusion at Christmas" at the Hermitage "Stmo. Cristo Salvador del Mundo" in Calzada de Cva (Ciudad Real), an Acoustic Concert framed within Europe Week at the Music Fan Space, in the Youth Space of Ciudad Real, the inauguration of the 26th Ciudad Real Short Festival, "Harmonies for Two: a Meeting of Styles", private events such as wedding ceremonies and cocktails in various restaurants, a concert at Rufino’s Snack Bar, Sea and Land Days in Viso del Marqués, or the Awards Gala of the International Social Film Festival of Castilla la Mancha, among others. ---

Description
Ninety-six has a repertoire that ranges from the most traditional (elegant and emotional music that adapts to any type of celebration) to more contemporary music (turning any 'hit parade' into their own cover version through instrumental music), all with their own adaptations.
Although their main proposal is as a duo, there is the possibility of expanding the formation by incorporating percussion or bass when necessary.
