Description
The service will be three hours:
The first hour is to prepare the cutting station, clean the ham and have about 10 or 12 dishes ready for when the guests arrive.
I carry the knives, the latex gloves and the ham holder.
I will need the company or person organizing the event to contribute, 1 table with a tablecloth for the cutting station, plates for the ham, 1 garbage can with a bag and, very importantly, that, if necessary, the assembled station can be illuminated.
