Frequently asked questions about 360° platforms

How many people can use the 360° platform at once?

Depending on the model, the platform can accommodate 1 to 6 people simultaneously. Larger models allow groups of up to 8 people, making it a perfect attraction for group videos at weddings or corporate teambuilding.

Can the video be customised with the event name or logo?

Yes. Most providers allow a custom overlay to be added to the video with the couple's names, the company logo, the event date or a personalised phrase. This turns every video into a unique memory and organic marketing material when guests share it on social media.

What space does the 360° platform need?

The standard platform requires a space of between 3×3 and 4×4 metres for the rotating base, plus an additional safety area for the moving camera arm. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces, although a level, firm surface is recommended.

How do guests receive their 360° video?

Videos are shared immediately via QR code, WhatsApp link or email. Some services also feature a real-time screen where the audience can watch videos as they are generated. The download is instant and requires no app installation.
