Description
This story begins in the summer of 2017 when five musicians and old friends reunite with the intention of going on a concert tour within a gastronomic event called "Happy Food Trucks." The concerts are a success and give us the strength to continue the project, and they propose that we be the resident band of this format for the following seasons, year after year with increasing success. This allows us to perform over 60 concerts throughout Catalonia in recent years. Vintage Hit Songs (VHS) aims to entertain you for more than two hours by playing the songs we grew up with, those songs that have accompanied us through various stages of our lives, the songs that have moved us, made us vibrate, jump, and even cry. We cover all musical decades, from the explosion of modern music to today, stepping outside current norms and paying tribute to great international and national bands. We sing in English, Spanish, Catalan, and even Italian, but always under our own label and style. Some of the artists we cover include Elvis Presley, The Beatles, AC/DC, Big Mountain, Chuck Berry, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Deep Purple, Doobie Brothers, Chaval de la Peca, Europe, Fito y Fitipaldis, Joe Cocker, Pink Floyd, Lenny Kravitz, Little Richard, M-Clan, Michael Jackson, The Police, Queen, Radiohead, Sau, Scorpions, Seguridad Social, Sopa de Cabra, Status Quo, Survivor, Tequila, Tom Petty, TOTO, The Who, Zucchero, Ray Charles, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, Lynyrd Skynyrd, among others... During the recent pandemic, with the inability to hold large-format events and only being able to do some small-format concerts, the band went to the studio to record a live studio session done as a real concert, where we reviewed the entire current repertoire, without re-recordings or added tracks, a faithful recreation of how the group really sounds live. ---
