We do guarantee a premium standard in product quality, staff and service, adapted to the needs of each couple. To ensure impeccable service, our team requires a series of technical conditions that allow us to carry out the gastronomic experience in any space.
Support kitchen or technical area: access to a space designated for the preparation and regeneration of dishes, equipped with running water, electrical outlets, and adequate ventilation.
Electrical supply: power points with sufficient capacity for kitchen machinery, portable ovens, or conservation systems.
Logistical access: space for loading and unloading materials, with appropriate access for transport vehicles.
Setup space: surface designated for the installation of gastronomic stations, bars, or service areas.
Temporary storage: secure area for the preservation of products and utensils before and during the event.
If the space does not have these infrastructures, we offer adapted solutions through our portable equipment (ovens, refrigerators, mobile stations), always ensuring the quality, safety, and aesthetics of the service.
