Deluz with you: Entering through the door of this 1950s house and strolling along the gravel path that surrounds the English garden while announcing with the sound of each step the excitement of those who come to see us. To celebrate an anniversary, a birthday, a baptism, a communion, or for a first date while listening to the birds singing and enjoying the tranquility of the place. ---

We are composed of a large number of professionals starting with the events team, who are responsible for the commercial operation of the company, followed by the service team, whose role is to support the event for its perfect execution, along with the kitchen team who are the heart of Deluz. All of us are one big family.

We are celebrating 18 years traveling throughout northern Spain and hosting parties in century-old estates, in private manor houses, or green valleys of Cantabria, the Basque Country, Asturias, and Castilla y León. Customized weddings and events, with personalized menus and decorations that arise from the mood board of your celebration, the inspiration board you will work on together with the creative team, the decoration team, the kitchen team, and the service team. And an added bonus of sustainability: recipes with names and surnames, from small organic producers and local sources that shine in their kitchen like the organic beef from Siete Valles de Montaña, the organic vegetables from La Traílla farm (Tudela), or the fish from the Santander fish market that they buy themselves in person. ---

We have done very exciting things like turning the Renfe platforms into a restaurant for 300 people that looked like the Orient Express, with our chefs cooking live. From how we hosted a private buffet for 120 clients in an estate with century-old oaks, in the style of Marie Antoinette. We have been the official catering for the television series Gran Hotel and for Antonio Banderas' movie Altamira. About how one day we decided to buy directly from the Santander fish market because we believe in zero-mile fish. About how we made a pioneering agreement in Spain with several organic farmers from Cantabria and the first cooperative in the region, Siete Valles de Montaña, was born. ---

Weddings: catering, at our estates, at the Deluz restaurant itself, Santander. Events: corporate, celebrations, communions, birthdays, baptisms. Showcooking, brunch with different workshops, tasting menu, among others. ---

What do we include? Floral decoration: Floral decoration is included in the menu price at no extra cost. We work with seasonal flowers with different vases, small cups, flowers, and some decorative elements. We accept suggestions based on availability, following the criteria of our decoration team. The menus at our weddings are included with the menu you have chosen. Furniture, tableware, and linens. ---
