Old glasses brings you rock classics from the last 50 years
Description
OLD GLASSES takes you to your first encounter with rock, your first concerts, your first albums, those melodies that you couldn't stop listening to. Classics from the last 50 years, which you will recognize in the first chords. OLD GLASSES offers you more than 5 hours of music in English, Spanish and Basque, to prepare for each event (patron saint festivities, weddings, cocktails or company events), throughout the length and breadth of the peninsular territory. OLD GLASSES is rock, rock, rock.
Team
The band has four members who have been playing all their lives, with extensive experience in other formations, who combine their instruments with their voices, to give each song the nuances that make it unforgettable (they are songs that you have heard so many times, that we don't want you to miss any notes... or any choir). OLD GLASSES we are: RICARDO GONZÁLEZ: Guitar and lead vocals FELIX GARCÍA Drums and backing vocals JAVIER LATASA: Guitar and backing vocals ENDIKATA: Bass and backing vocals
Experience
The band has been active since 2014, giving more than 80 concerts, but it is padarógically during the pandemic, with some change in the line-up, that they decide to professionalize and dedicate themselves to preparing shows focused on the patron saint festivities and events, maintaining the spirit of the rock classic as the backbone in their performances.
Why should they hire you?
What differentiates OLD GLASSES from the rest of the cover bands is, without a doubt, its VERSATILITY. Without specializing in any specific band, it is quite faithful to the original versions of very different styles within rock, both national and international, performing songs in English, Spanish and Basque, being able to offer a quality product in each of these languages. We could say that it is a tribute band... To rock

Equipment, setup and transport
The following list details as examples the equipment and systems of our preference, if it is not possible to have any of the models indicated, it must be replaced by another of similar characteristics after consulting the personal sound technician of the group. The flag will be placed at the back of the stage PA system: The PA system must be able to cover the entire enclosure obtaining sufficient sound pressure to the place to be covered, without any type of distortion. Control: The table must be placed on the floor without any type of flooring and the distance to the stage will depend on the opening between the PA system, forming an equilateral triangle between the three points. Table: A digital console should be on the control: preferably: Midaspro1-2, Midas M32-r, Yamaha CL, QL, M7CL, SOUNDCRAFT. Monitors: The group prefers to use an in-ear monitoring system. If it is not possible to connect the table sends to this system, you will need 4 equal wedges on stage divided into 4 independent sends, one for each band member (3 sends at the stage mouth and one for the drummer) Current on stage: 4 points will be necessary, one for each member of the band (3 for the amplifiers and one for drums). Platforms: The group needs a platform for the drums of at least 2x2 meters, raised to 0.40 meters high centered on the stage. Sound Check: The group needs 60 minutes of sound check once everything is assembled, wired and operational. For more specific details, please consult.
Estimated prices
The rates of OLD GLASSES will depend on the elements that have to be added, to be taken into account: > Performance time: we offer from an hour and a half to four hours of show > Equipment: it will depend if only the band is hired and you already have sound equipment and lights, or if you have to bring indoor or outdoor equipment (14,000 W, 24000 W,... or whatever the place where the concert is to be held requires) > Stage, we can also provide stage/truck of larger or smaller dimensions, depending on the location and the equipment needed > Travel expenses (subsistence allowance and accommodation, if necessary) From all these aspects we start for some minimums that we consider worthy of the profession and everything that is behind a rock concert and is not seen (rehearsals, preparation of songs, posters, dissemination of events, assembly, sound checks, etc.).
