Drummer. substitutions to other drummers. willing to work, all kinds of training. no car.
Team
. Now I don't have anyone. I offer to work as a drummer. . I don't have a car or a driver's license (nor will I). That's why I made my drums "compact", so that the bass drum fits the base tom, in which tom 2 fits, in which tom 1 fits, these 4 instruments and the snare drum fit in the bass drum case, in a suitcase all the hardware, I move with a luggage cart between buses (paying for all the trips) and cars of other musicians. Even my largest, most complete battery can take up half a backseat in any car.
Experience
. I am self-taught. I started playing drums in 1989. Before we had "the military" and we could not commit to any work. After the military service, in 1993 I started working as a semi-professional drummer. In 1997 I did "drum concerts" on the coast of Granada that motivated me to work with several groups at the same time and thus be a professional (living only from this work), in 1998 I came to simultaneous 16 formations (4 soloists, 10 groups in which I was a drummer and singer, 1 group in which I was not a musician, but as a singer, and my drum concerts). I have almost always worked with at least three simultaneous formations. . In 2001 I started working (as a percussionist) with a wind and percussion band from Elche, working in a third of Spain; my stay on the coast of Granada is over, since then I have lived in Elche. . I have done more than 2,600 works in a third of Spain with more than 50 formations: rock groups, folkloric groups, duos (accordion and drums / violin and drums), soloists, wind and percussion bands, dance orchestras... I've even done sound effects with the drums for a play. . I have taught drums between 1998 and 2018. I distinguish myself by tuning drums tonally. I know music theory well. . I have played more than 3,000 pieces (songs and instrumental themes) of 113 musical varieties (genres and styles): heavy metal, rock 'n' roll, 5 styles of pasodoble, cumbia, blues, rockabilly, jazz, giga, zamba, chacarera, tango, bulería, sevillana, surf, medieval dance, charanga, marches (Moorish, Christian, military, funeral and profession), zamba, salsa, soul, funk, folk, rhythm 'n' blues...
Why should they hire you?
. I can learn repertoires in a short time; As I don't have a family or have a social life, I have no problem rehearsing with my electronic drums for up to 14 hours a day if required. Thus, there have been occasions when I have learned small repertoires of 20 songs in one day. With me, few rehearsals (or one) are required, as long as there are good conditions (the last time I came across a dance orchestra, in months there was no progress, the clapperboards were not synchronized with the MIDI, the time signatures did not correspond to the bars of many tracks, they rehearsed at a deafening volume...). . With my electronic drum kit I can record drum tracks so that other musicians can rehearse at home. I also do another thing that anyone can do: I separate original music tracks (vocals, bass, drums and another track with the rest of the instrumentation) and I make mixes to make it easier for other musicians to learn, for example, mixes without bass, or without guitars, or with bass at high volume and the rest (vocals, drums and the rest) at low volume... . In addition, if applicable, it could do some of the visual work (logo design, posters, promotional videos...). . I have no vices, I have not taken anything with alcohol since 1998, I have never taken drugs and I have never smoked, I do not work with pests to anything smokable!
Repertoire / service list
. DRUMMER available to work with all types of formations (duos, rock groups, folk groups, soloists, dance orchestras, tribute groups...). . Substitute drummer. I substitute for other drummers. I learn the repertoires quickly. . I can record drum tracks (with my electronic drum kit). . Drum tuning (actual tuning: notes). . PYROGRAPHER. I make drawings and portraits "burning wood" of my own production and on commission. . DRAFTSMAN. I make decorative drawings on walls, at heights that do not require ladders or scaffolding.
Equipment, setup and transport
. I have two acoustic drums and one electronic drum kit. I use electronics to record at home. . My acoustic drums are "compact", modified by me, cutting the shells and putting suitcase closures so that one instrument fits another, and another, and another...). Thus, even my largest and most complete drum kit can occupy half a back seat of a car, and I can move around on buses, since the bass drum case fits bass drum, toms and snare drum, in a suitcase all the hardware, saddle and accessories, cymbals in its case, and I move everything with a luggage cart. My two acoustic drums are decorated with my logo, one is pyrographed (drawing burning wood) and the other is carved in low relief and painted. . MASE Piro Drum. Pyrography drums: bass drum 18'', base tom 14'', aerial tom 10'', snare drum 14''. Additional 12'' and 8'' toms. With this one I can make configurations using the 14'' tom as a kick drum, or mounting it if it corresponds to the four toms. . MASE Paing Drum. Carved and painted battery. Bass drum 20'', base tom 16'', tom 2 13'', tom 1 10'', snare drum 14''. I can use the base tom as a kick drum. . For both drums I use the same cymbals, 13" hi-hat, 18" ride, 14" and 16" crashes, 14" effect cymbal, cowbell and tambourine. . I use other instruments only to record my music (which I am gradually publishing): electric and electroacoustic guitars, short scale electric bass, bongos, electric sitar, Indian tabla, cajón (in March 2026 I have it disassembled, I will decorate it by pyrography my portrait on the front and sides). .
Spaces
. So far I have worked in many different spaces as a drummer and percussionist (for wind and percussion bands): pubs (if they don't pay a minimum of 150 €, I don't work in small places), discotheques, theaters, auditoriums, squares, beaches, parks, assembly halls, private plots, asylums, sports spaces...
Estimated prices
. Depending on the work that needs to be done (repertoire, type of event, time elapsed from the time you leave the house until you enter the house...) I would work for a minimum of 200 € if I put one of my drummers, 150 if I did the work with someone else's drummer. In any case, I am paid for transport (if I have to go somewhere by bus) and if applicable, meals and accommodation.
