We do covers of famous movie songs, but with a unique and personal style.

LOST IN TRANSLATION is a band from Mallorca that recalls great musical hits from iconic movies and series of all time. With an original stage presence, the quartet formed by Aina Zuazaga, Toni Bestard, Gonzalo Nadal, and Pablo Demangel elegantly fuses rock, jazz, soul, swing (among other genres) in an intimate proposal, and at times almost theatrical, reinterpreting the great songs in film history through author covers full of nuances that surprise the audience.

The band was born in November 2000, right after the great confinement caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, it has been growing to establish itself as one of the reference groups in Mallorca for both small and large format concerts.

With performances at select event presentations (such as the inauguration on four occasions of the Evolution International Mallorca Film Festival at the Teatro Principal de Palma), as well as in the iconic live music venues in Mallorca (Es Gremi, La Movida Café Concert, Cafè a Tres Bandas, Cafè Lisboa, CatsMusic Jazz Club, etc.), their peculiar and personal interpretation of movie songs, usually accompanied by projections related to the song being performed, has turned LOST IN TRANSLATION into a band that offers a different, elegant product adaptable to various formats.

We set up quickly and do not have a large infrastructure. We are usually accompanied by a sound technician who provides all the equipment. Transportation is our responsibility.

Minimum 250 € per musician. If we provide the equipment and technician, there is an additional fee of 450 €.
