Saxofonista
Description
Saxophonist specialized in live music for events and celebrations, with a focus on creating elegant, dynamic atmospheres adapted to each occasion. His style combines musical sensitivity and versatility, allowing him to move naturally between genres such as jazz, pop, Latin music, funk, house and more contemporary proposals.
Each performance is adapted to the space, the audience and the moment of the event, always looking for an expressive, careful interpretation with a balanced sound that provides character and emotion without imposing itself. The aim is to accompany and enhance the experience of the event through music, creating a memorable and authentic atmosphere.
Technical requirements
Solo or duo format
I usually bring my own sound system (one or two active speakers, mixing desk, and wireless microphone), so I only need:
A power outlet near the performance venue.
A suitable space to place the equipment and act comfortably.
Grupo de Jazz/Swing
Description
The jazz and swing group offers a sophisticated and timeless musical experience, perfect for elegant events, cocktail parties, dinners or private celebrations. Combining saxophone, rhythm section and, when desired, other instruments such as piano, guitar or voice, the group creates a warm, dynamic and nuanced sound.
The repertoire includes jazz and swing classics, big band standards, as well as modern interpretations of well-known songs, adapted to the atmosphere and audience of the event. The interaction between the musicians allows for expressive improvisations and an attractive stage presence, bringing elegance and energy to every moment.
This format is designed to create an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere, offering a live performance that combines virtuosity, musicality and style, leaving a lasting impression on the guests.
Technical requirements
Technical requirements depend on the size of the group and the space available:
Sound system: one or more loudspeakers suitable for the size of the venue (if the venue has its own sound, the group can be adapted).
Microphones: for saxophone and, if there is a voice, for the singer.
Power outlets: at least one nearby for the saxophonist's equipment and other electrical instruments if any.
Sufficient space: to comfortably accommodate the musicians and their instruments, allowing freedom of movement and good acoustics.
The group can be adjusted to different formats (soloist, duo or full band), and technical coordination is done in advance to ensure optimal sound quality throughout the performance.
DJ
Description
The DJ duo format combines the energy of electronic and dance music with the warmth and expressiveness of the live saxophone. This fusion creates a dynamic and contemporary experience, ideal for events looking for a modern, elegant and festive atmosphere at the same time.
The DJ is in charge of the rhythmic bases and musical selection – funk, house, pop and electronic styles – while the saxophone provides melody, improvisation and a stage presence that transforms each song into a unique interpretation.
This format is particularly suitable for receptions, private parties, weddings and corporate events that want a different musical proposal, with a club sound and a live feel, perfect for livening up the dance floor and creating a sophisticated and vibrant atmosphere
Technical requirements
For the duo format with DJ, the technical requirements are as follows:
Sound system appropriate to the size of the space (usually provided by the venue or DJ).
One or two free inputs on the DJ's mixer or venue to connect the saxophone.
A nearby power outlet for the saxophone equipment.
Enough space next to the DJ to perform comfortably.
If the venue does not have a sound system, I can provide my own equipment with prior notice. In any case, technical coordination is done in advance to ensure proper integration and optimal sound quality during the event.
Grupo Musical
Description
The group is composed of drums, bass, guitar or piano, voice and saxophone, forming a complete, versatile and energetic musical proposal. This format offers powerful and balanced sound, ideal for events looking for a more intense and immersive live experience.
The repertoire ranges from jazz, pop and Latin music to funk, soul and dance styles, allowing it to adapt to both sophisticated environments and dynamic and festive celebrations.
Technical requirements
Format with DJ or in larger formations
In these cases it is preferable to use the venue's sound system, if available, for better coverage of the space. All that is needed would be:
Access to the venue's sound system (auxiliary input or channels available at the table).
Prior coordination with the technician or DJ for the correct integration of the saxophone.
In general, I usually bring my own equipment, but I am happy to adapt to the venue system when it offers it, always looking for the best possible sound quality for the event.
Duo
Description
The duo format offers an elegant and versatile musical proposal, ideal for events that seek a more organic and close sound. The saxophone is combined with another instrument or voice—such as piano, guitar, violin, or singer—creating a rich and balanced musical interaction.
This format allows you to perform a wide repertoire ranging from jazz and pop to Latin music and more contemporary styles, easily adapting to the atmosphere of the event, whether it is an intimate cocktail, a ceremony, an elegant dinner or a social reception.
Technical requirements
Technical needs vary according to the format of the performance.
As a solo or duo, I usually work with my own sound system (speakers, mixing desk and wireless microphone), so no additional equipment is required from the venue, except for a nearby power outlet.
In general, I usually bring my own equipment, but I appreciate and value when the venue offers its own sound system, which facilitates integration and optimizes the sound experience of the event.
Musicos Instrumentales
Description
I offer live music in different formats to suit each type of event. I can perform in solo format with musical bases, creating an elegant and dynamic atmosphere, or in duo format with other instruments such as violin, another saxophone, voice, guitar, piano or percussion, providing a richer and more organic dimension to the sound.
I also offer the option to perform alongside DJs, combining the live saxophone with dance music such as funk, house, and electronic styles, ideal for more festive and high-energy events.
In terms of styles, the repertoire includes jazz, pop, Latin and Brazilian music, as well as more rhythmic and modern proposals aimed at the dance floor. In this way, each performance can be adapted to the atmosphere, the audience and the moment of the event.
Technical requirements
Technical needs vary according to the format of the performance.
As a solo or duo, I usually work with my own sound system (speakers, mixing desk and wireless microphone), so no additional equipment is required from the venue, except for a nearby power outlet.
In larger formats or when performing with a DJ or band, it is preferable to have the venue's sound system, whenever available, for better space coverage and optimal integration with the rest of the technical team. In these cases, I easily adapt to the existing system and coordinate the technical details with the on-site staff.
In general, I usually bring my own equipment, but I appreciate and value when the venue offers its own sound system, which facilitates integration and optimizes the sound experience of the event.
