Description
In 2019, he participated in the television program on Antena 3, La Voz Senior. In the "Blind Auditions" phase, he sang, accompanied by his saxophone, the song "Como fué" by Benny Moré. In the "Battles" phase, where he had José Mercé as his coach, he became a semifinalist performing the song "Envidia" by Antonio Machín. In the semifinal, he secured a spot as a finalist, performing another song by Machín, "Tengo una debilidad," and joined the team of singer Antonio Orozco. In the "Grand Final," he sang "Devuélme la vida" accompanied by his coach and "De tus ojos" with Vanesa Martín and the winner of the final, Helena Bianco.

I can perform solo, with a pianist, or with an orchestra. I have sound equipment for approximately 100 people, and I can also expand for larger audiences.
Experience
Barcelona At the beginning of the 70s, he moved from Madrid to Barcelona as a saxophonist for Eddie Lee Mattison's band. During his time in Madrid, he was a member of groups such as Los Flames (Stukas), Los Continentales, winners of the León ensemble contest in 1967, Jani Ales's orchestra, and musical director for English singer Paul King’s orchestra. In Barcelona, he performed with groups like Máquina and La Trinca, and especially with Frank Dubé's Orchestra, with which he produced the album "Proyecto B" in 1974. After spending time in Ibiza and the Canary Islands, he returned to Barcelona in 1978, where he met South American musicians and formed a group with Vicente Serrano, Antonio Carvajal, Ramón Morales, and José Comas to accompany singer Teresa Guerra. Saxophonist and versatile musician In 1986, he obtained the title of saxophone teacher at the Liceu Conservatory. Besides the saxophone, he plays the clarinet, guitar, and flute and has excelled as a bolero singer. As a saxophonist, he has accompanied a large number of singers such as Los Rivero, Moncho, Conchita Bautista, Carmen Flores, Los 3 Sudamericanos, Teresa Guerra, Antonio Machín, Jorge Sepúlveda, Juanito Segarra, Bonito de San Pedro, Ramón Calduch, Rudy Ventura, and José Guardiola, among others. He has also participated in the creation and direction of numerous orchestras and musical groups, notably including the initial group Los Stukas, Máquina! by Enric Herrera and Jordi Batista, Los Continentales, Eddie Lee Mattison, Frank Dubé, Iceberg, Orquesta Metropol (1982-1995), Orquesta Gran Palace (1996-2015), Orquesta Perez Prado, and Passiones (2008-2018) with Tony Palacin.

Because I have spent my whole life doing this. More than 50 years as a professional, I have directed orchestras of up to 16 people and performed in all the party venues in Barcelona for 40 years. I sing boleros and as a saxophonist, I play jazz and American standards. I speak Spanish, English, and Catalan.
