Espectaculos
Description
It is a popular science show with a comedy soul, produced by El Nocturnario and starring the eccentric Dr. Panoptes (Mario L.) and his pragmatic assistant Ío (Sarai HH). Set in the aesthetics of nineteenth-century enlightened scientists, the work transports the audience on a journey through time thanks to an incredible cathode ray machine. Although their goal was to land in August for the great eclipse, a miscalculation places them in the middle of January 2026, just in time to prepare humanity for the astronomical event of the century. Through surprising experiments and constant interaction with the audience, the characters unravel the mysteries of syzygy (solar alignment) and celestial mechanics. The spectacle not only explains the "what", but the "how" an eclipse occurs. An ideal show for children and families.
