Our lollipop of Manchego cheese and quince combine the best of tradition with a modern and sophisticated presentation or the exquisite spheres of gorgonzola, reineta apple and pistachios, a combination of creaminess and the crunchy touch of pistachios.

Our scope of work is focused on the province of Granada, although we are prepared to move all our team and facilities throughout the community.
