We are a team of chefs with international experience, who work a food truck and a space for private events.

The team is made up of 2 or 3 people depending on the event
Experience
Experience since 1987 in Canada with food trucks, in Spain since 2014. Our grill operator has experience in Canadian smoked products, caramelized and Argentinian barbecue.

We are very demanding with the quality of our service, we use very high quality merchandise, all are committed to service, cleanliness, care for allergens and taste. Our staff is bilingual Spanish/English.
Repertoire / service list
We make Canadian-style smoked products only for private events in advance, beef barbecue, Louisiana style ribs, Argentine-style chicken and pork, Creole chorizos, artisanal sausage, chistorras, burgers, hot dogs and more.
Equipment, setup and transport
Our equipment is moved inside our food truck, we pull it with a 4x4 although it is very light.
Spaces
At The Flames, apart from having a food truck, we also have a space of about 1000m2 for events where we have a semi-Olympic pool for the enjoyment of the guests.
Estimated prices
Prices are indicative but range from €8 to €22 for a plate of smoked meat with its accompaniment.

The Flames is a unique private villa in the town of Piera, surrounded by 1000 m² of gardens and designed for exclusive events and unforgettable experiences. Ideal for family reunions, corporate events or audiovisual productions, the space combines outdoor areas and a cozy indoor room to suit any occasion.
Technical requirements
Term day refers to a period of 6 hours
Garden Space 350€ (6 hs) - Extra hour 90€
Pool Space 450€ (6 hs) - Extra hour 100€ + use of pool per person + 5€
Use of barbecue 30€ + VAT
Subsequent cleaning 50€ + vat
